Yes! The Plus Plan comes with 1 additional user seat. The Pro Plan allows for unlimited users inside your Biztiva account.
Whose accounts do you use?
Yours!
Every project we complete will take place inside of your accounts. You'll maintain 100% ownership of everything built by Biztiva.
Note: If requests are received that require specific tools for completion (ex. Zapier or Integromat) then we will notify you prior to beginning that task. We will not complete your requests using our internal tools or software subscriptions.
What is the turnaround time on ?

The complexity of your request and/or the number of active requests currently in your queue affect delivery times.
The Launch plan delivery window is 2-4 business days. While MAX subscribers' window is 1-2 business days.
How long are your contracts?
There are no long term contracts or commitments.
You can use Biztiva month-to-month and cancel at any time.
If I cancel my Biztiva account, will I lose the work that's been done?
No. Everything is built inside of your accounts & is 100% yours.
However, after your subscriptions expires, so does you access to maintenance & troubleshooting support from our staff.
If I don't like Biztiva, how do I cancel?
Simply login to your account, click on your account settings and click "cancel my account".
